Jack Zhou is a BMedSci student interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence, surgery, and clinical ethics. Having recently completed his fourth year of medical school at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, Jack is spending the year at the University of Oxford researching the ethical implications of AI in healthcare under the supervision of Dr. Hazem Zohny and Dr. Julian Koplin. Outside of his research, Jack likes to code, create content and occasionally play the trombone. He remains active through basketball and cooking, and he enjoys the challenge of participating in student societies and case competitions.
