A Glossary for Global Health
Led by Dr Alberto Giubilini and Dr Caesar Atuire this collaboration between the TORCH Medical Humanities network, UOI and Oxford Global Health is developing a glossary for global health terminology.
Interdisciplinary work in the humanities and beyond, especially around global health, often suffers from lack of shared terminology: scholars from different disciplines often use the same terms with different meanings/connotations. Sometimes this prevents fruitful discussion or collaboration.
This project aims to support interdisciplinary scholars by developing a shared lexicon through workshopping summaries of key terms.
