Frank Bevacqua

Frank is a medical student at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) with aspirations in procedural or surgical practice. In HT/TT 2026, he is undertaking a research exchange at the University of Oxford’s Uehiro Oxford Institute, examining the clinical management of patient hope under the supervision of Dr Lisa Forsberg (Oxford) and Professor Justin Oakley (Monash). He is also formally engaged as a research assistant with the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and The Alfred Heart Centre. Beyond academia, Frank enjoys football and basketball, is active in student societies and peer mentoring, volunteers at a children’s hospice, and loves discovering new restaurants.
