Dr Jen Semler

Jen Semler is a Lecturer in Philosophy at Birkbeck, University of London. Her research focuses on artificial moral agency: how AI systems can and should be used in the moral domain. She works at the intersection of philosophy of AI,  ethics, and philosophy of mind and action. As a member of the Philosophical Moral Psychology Lab, Jen also works on projects in experimental philosophy. She holds a DPhil in Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
