Professor José-Antonio Seoane

Prof. José-Antonio Seoane is Full Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Universidade da Coruña (Spain), and currently a member of the Spanish Bioethics Committee.

His recent bioethical publications are related to the standard of care (lex artis), euthanasia, bioethical deliberation and decision-making, health justice, and research ethics.

During his stay at the Uehiro Oxford Institute he will develop a research proposal on neurorights.
